This CP3.III “Mardis Gras” is a festive mix of colors but not one you’re used to seeing on your kicks. You may be thinking “these aren’t Hornets colors, this isn’t a standard black/red or white/blue blocking,” but this CP3.III is displaying traditional colors of the Mardis Gras festival (purple and gold) which tie back to Chris Paul’s NBA squad based in New Orleans. The multi-colored speckling on the purple midsole even recalls confetti you might see in a parade down Bourbon Street.
